Just wanted to give GP Miniatures and their lovely Aston Martin kits a shout out. The current economic malaise is biting hard and no sales means no funds to develop new models or to promote the existing lines.

I've just ordered an Aston DP214 kit so hopefully I can report back on it soon.

GP Miniatures are at http://www.gp-miniatures.com or https://www.facebook.com/GP.Miniatures.Aston on facebook.

A very nice car indeed Sunbeam. I look forward to seeing it (almost) in the flesh.

I think Graham makes the kits to order in most cases so there is usually quite a wait before he ships the product. It took a couple of months before I got my DP214 kit as he was having some sort of technical problem with the production process and wasn't willing to ship until he was happy with everything. It's very much an exercise in patience I'm afraid.

I feel I have been patient since I ordered the kits in February. If he would return a simple email or answer the phone we could probably work it out.
He has now blocked my email requests about shipping of my order. I'm just warning others who may be thinking about purchasing this guys models.
