S t r e t c h i n g the rules

It seems no matter where I go someone has to Stretch the rules
Such as
"the rules state the car must have a stock body and motor....
"but the interior was Part of the chassis when I took the car apart to oil it the interior was screw to the chassis so that makes it part of the chassis"
"That 30,000 it's from the same manufacture as my car so its out of their stock..."
Such as
