Re: New Trophy class for '09

How about Historic F1.... You know, the ones with the 8mm wheels and tyres.... Should be a varied assembly of cars with Scaley, Cartrix, SCX, Homemade, etc.... Hi Kev, possibly the best suggestion so far in my opinion. A nice selection of very drivable cars that will suit possibly all the tracks on ...

Re: Q32 - Slotcar Legends end of season meeting.

Hi everyone. There is a typo in my email regarding the street car class that should have read "and NOT race cars with plain livery".

Thanks,

Glen

Re: New Trophy class for '09

One class we haven't touched on in a long time, Scalextric sidecar motorbikes, roofed, circa pre and post 1957 with 3D lights and motor restricted to 29,000rpm at 12v, ribbed tyres and must carry spare wheel, jack and wheel spanner on board.

Both cars were box stock and no weights added and tyres as supplied on the cars. We achieved just amazing times down to 5.734sec for the Riley and the slow F40 l...

Re: wanted early to mid 90`s scaley F1

Jordan I have a few of the F1's you're after. I will try to remember to bring a few of them along for the next meeting if you like. All they need are rear tyres if I recall, otherwise they are in great nick.

Yes Phil try Pendle Slot Racing at http://www.pendleslotracing.co.uk/. Look under the Spares/Decals button menu on left and then choose Scratch Build Spares and then PCS Scratch Build Spares.

Re: Q32 October race meet, results

Hi everyone, I must agree with Phil, it was another terrific nights racing thanks to hosts Bob and Julie for doing everything they do each time we race at their track in Strathpine and over feed us. The turn up was also great to see once again with 2 new faces mixing it the the regular bunch of guys...

Re: Q32 October slotfest

Good pick up Phil. As far as the motors are concerned please ensure fitted motors which in most cases will mean Scalextric Mabuchi, Ninco NC2/5, Carrera Mabuchi, SCX RX4/41/42, Fly Mabuchi (not Fly racing motors). Basically 20,000rpm or less. If the Spirit LMP cars have the SX-01 motors which are ra...
