The Fly Porsche 908/3 as a magnet racer is one of the fastest cars I have driven. That's on a Ninco track with only the normal rear spacer fitted to the car and on standard tyres and body screws loosened.

Hey guys, I am having difficulty finding a pinion that will fit those replacement motor shafts. Even the one from the Scaley motor is a lose fit on the new motor and broke the super glue gel I used to hold it in place. any ideas on where to get them?

If we could only run one motor type it would be what we all call the NC1 or it's generic equivilent. But in this case making the Can Am cars have to run with NC1 type motors may be a little harder to do than with our other NC1 classes which are predominately already Ninco based cars. All very good points made by everyone and I can't argue with any of them. I think the 18,000rpm limit, using Mabuchi motors(Scaley, Fly, Sloter factory fit type motors or Ninco NC2, NC5 motors etc) are what we understand the norm to be and I think perfect for the class.
