Another new manufacturer!

Yet another name to the ever growing list of 1/32 scale slotcar manufacturerers is HPI Racing. A Japanese company which 'til now has specialised in radio control models of all sorts. The models they are releasing as their first issue must be aimed at the drift car market as they have four variations on the classic Nissan Skyline GT-R

I'll just sneakily correct you here Phil, the Skyline GT-R is not a drift car. This is the car that won Bathurst a couple of years running when it was all Group A, and is a AWD car. These things ran against the Ford Sierra Cosworth etc back in the day.

Computer controlled AWD (will only direct torque and power to the front wheels if it detects wheelspin), 2.6.L twin turbo double overhead cam engine, capable of BS power and stupid things like 7000rpm clutch dumps off the line as a takeoff in a race.
